1st Class Bootcamp Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the 1st Class Bootcamp website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By booking onto 1st Class Bootcamp, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which may be amended from time to time, and by all applicable laws and regulations.

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1st Class Bootcamp LTD ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the website at http://www.1stclassbootcamp.com, as well as any associated media forms, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.

We may update these terms periodically, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

Eligibility

1st Class Bootcamp is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 are not permitted to attend a bootcamp.

Payments and Cancellations

Participation Requirements

Participants must have a valid passport and be able to travel independently to our destinations. Flights are not included in the booking fee. Full payment is due 6 weeks (42 days) before the start date of any UK bootcamp and 9 weeks (63 days) before the start date of any abroad bootcamp. Failure to pay in full by this deadline will result in loss of your place with no refund.

Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as it is not included in the bootcamp price. Ensure you understand our cancellation policy before booking.

Deposit

A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required to secure your place. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Guest Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing. Our refund policy is as follows:

• 120 days or more before start date: Refund minus the 50% booking fee.

• 90-119 days before start date: 50% refund (excluding the 50% booking fee).

• 60-89 days before start date: 25% refund (excluding the 50% booking fee).

• Less than 60 days before start date: No refund.

No refunds are given for early departure, failure to arrive, partial bookings, or room downgrades after 24 hours from booking.

Cancellations by 1st Class Bootcamp

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a bootcamp. If we do, we will try to reschedule within 24 months. Your booking fee can be applied to the rescheduled bootcamp or refunded, considering any non-retrievable costs. We are not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for a cancelled bootcamp.

Changing weeks

If you would like to change your booking week more than 90 days before the start date of your booked week, this is possible, however this may incur a £150 administration charge per booking plus any difference in the rate of the new room booking (if applicable).

Room Damages

Any damages to rooms will result in charges to the registered card.

Comments and Complaints

Please inform the Bootcamp Manager immediately if you are unwell or dissatisfied. Claims may be rejected if we are not given the opportunity to address issues during your stay.

Room Sharing

1st Class Bootcamp is not responsible for any issues arising from room sharing with unknown guests. We ensure room sharing is with individuals of the same sex unless otherwise specified.

Health and Safety

A waiver must be signed before arrival at the bootcamp. You participate voluntarily in all activities and agree to assume all risks. Health issues must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Indemnity and Assumption of Risk

You agree to indemnify 1st Class Bootcamp against any injuries or losses incurred during the bootcamp. This includes voluntary participation in activities and treatments.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the site is owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Photo/Video Release

You grant 1st Class Bootcamp permission to use images or videos taken during the bootcamp for promotional purposes.

Privacy Policy

By booking with 1st Class Bootcamp, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use.

Term and Termination

These Terms of Use remain in effect while you use the site. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason.

Miscellaneous

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and 1st Class Bootcamp. If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
